EPC Grampian Ltd has been formed to provide Energy Performance Certification of public, commercial and residential buildings to meet EU environmental legislation implemented by the Scottish Government.
Under the new regulations, all public buildings over 1000m2 must display an Energy Performance Certificate in a prominent place by
4th January 2009.
Commercial buildings being sold or leased after 4th January 2009 require a commercial EPC.
All residential properties sold from 1 December 2008 require a domestic EPC.
Residential properties leased after 4th January 2009 require a domestic EPC.
