EPC Grampian Ltd has been formed to provide Energy Performance Certification of public, commercial and residential buildings to meet EU environmental legislation implemented by the Scottish Government.

Our team is lead by a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years experience in surveying buildings.

We have a wide range of experience across the surveying spectrum, having worked for public bodies as well as the private sector, dealing with commercial and residential properties.

We are one of the few companies specialising in the prodution of EPCs based in the North of Scotland.
